To create first-class products with innovation, we can't accept them. In 2005, TTC successfully developed the world's thinnest and longest life touch switch for Swiss Logitech mouse; In 2006, the 4D wheel mouse module architecture designed and invented by the company applied for national invention patents and a number of overseas international patents. This patented product is widely used by Dell, HP, Lenovo, thunder snake and Sony. Up to now, Kedian is still the only design company with this intellectual property right in the world; In 2012, the company successfully developed TTC mechanical keyswtich, a keyboard switch used in the mechanical keyboard of electronic competition equipment, becoming the first enterprise in China to design and use robots for mechanical keyswtich.

There is one case that is the most typical case of the process of innovation and creation of first-class products. In 2014, Lenovo sought to develop a cooperative company that developed keyboard for the development of an electric notebook, but many domestic enterprises have no way to do so. Originally, the keyboard of the electric race notebook not only requires long life, good stability and high comfort, but also, it is very difficult to realize mechanical sound on thin notebook keyboard.

"Keyboard sound is very important for E-sports players, because the sound will bring players a sense of response to control and directly affect the user experience." Yu Zhengming said that because the notebook keyboard is too thin, it used to use electronic sound effect in the past, but E-sports players prefer mechanical sound, and the sound of each key should be consistent, which is a challenge to the limit.

The company has set up an ad hoc working group, and the R & D team has been working hard for several months without breakthrough. Half a year later, at 5:00 a.m., Yu Zhengming suddenly woke up in an inspiration, and immediately got up to find the R & D team to go to the factory for proofing. Finally, after a period of repeated adjustment, he formed the core patent of keyboard switch - torsional spring sound, and developed the world's first thin mechanical shaft for electronic competition notebook. The patented product was first used in Lenovo Savior y910 laptop, and won two awards of best game device and best product at CES 2016.

From product producer to standard maker

In TTC modern industrial park, there are not only high-standard workshops, but also imported high-precision mold processing center, precision metal stamping and all imported high-grade precision plastic molding equipment from Switzerland, equipped with military grade dust-free assembly workshop, automation workshop and quiet laboratory, especially WTDP international laboratory.

"With our own international laboratory, we can improve the international competitiveness of our products and the efficiency of innovation and research." Yu Zhengming said that in order to make products go to the world, they must go through international certification, but the cycle of applying for international certification is as long as one year. In 2007, the company invested more than 30 million yuan to build WTDP international laboratory, which is the first WTDP International Laboratory authorized by UL and ENEC in China. It is also the unique international laboratory in the field of switch elements (devices) in China, which is also certified by the United States and the European Union. The test reports produced by the international laboratory are globally recognized. Since then, on the one hand, the product certification time has been shortened to three months, on the other hand, the products have been tested in accordance with international standards, which has also helped the products to pass the "international standards" ahead of time.

The preparation of the international laboratory is the epitome of the transformation and upgrading of TTC from pursuing products to pursuing industry standards.

In 2008, UL, the world's largest and most authoritative certification body, formally invited Yu Zhengming to attend the international summit technical conference held in Malaysia to discuss the revision of ul61058 international standard, which was released worldwide in 2011.

From 2015 to 2017, TTC participated in the formulation of the national standard "high voltage connection system for electric vehicles" together with relevant national ministries and commissions.

Yu Zhengming: I have been in Huizhou for 20 years. The natural environment here is good. There are mountains, rivers, lakes and seas. Entrepreneurs like me don't want to leave after they come here.The development of enterprises is inseparable from a good business environment. The government has done a good job in humanistic care. In particular, Huizhou has issued many policies in recent years, and the municipal and district governments have always been concerned about us. For example, the enterprise through train activities held by Huizhou City and Huicheng District since last year have effectively solved many problems for many enterprises. In addition, the "net clearing and efficiency enhancement" action launched by Huicheng this year has greatly improved its efficiency. Things that used to take a week can now be reduced to one or two days.

Southcn: what suggestions do you have for the work of government departments?

Yuzhengming: the development trend of new energy vehicles is irreversible, which is one of the directions for the company to increase capital and expand production in the future. As early as four years ago, we participated in the national standard formulation of new energy vehicles. The company has done a lot of work on investment and technology accumulation in this direction, so we have development expectations in new energy vehicles. In addition to the investment in related core parts and semiconductor chips, the company is more urgent for land, and hopes that the government can solve the problem in time.

Southcn: enterprises are the main body of promoting high-quality economic development. Under the new economic situation, how can zhengpaikedian take a good road of comprehensive innovation and build a first-class enterprise with high-quality development?

Yuzhengming: as a national high-tech enterprise, Guangdong engineering technology research and development center and Provincial Intellectual Property demonstration enterprise, we do not blindly pursue output value and scale, but we must pursue "strong", that is "international competitiveness of products". Zhengpai science and Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual R & D ratio of 8% of total sales.
